The best

This very old building is an amazing place to stay. Every bedroom is different and has been renovated in keeping with its original appearance but with the addition of modern plumbing and heating. Our host was very helpful and even built a fire in the"living room" where we sat together to eat our supper during the cold evening.

“Experiencing the past in Huete”
The best

This old palace is an unusual and very interesting accommodation.! It is very old and looks like it retains most of its original appearance, but each room has been carefully renovated so that all the modern needs such as water, a nice shower/bath, electricity and heat are there for you. Antonio, our host was very helpful during our check in and even started up a fire in the common room fireplace to warm up the room. We dined there together a little later and it was a lovely place to eat and talk over the adventures of the day . All of us agreed that staying at the Casa Palatio Conde de Garcinarro was a most wonderful experience.

Building has lots of character

To be improved

No reception. No staff available at all. No breakfast available even though the description states that there is a buffet breakfast. No food or drink available at all. Information re. how to check in was not sent until 23.30 the day we arrived! Phone number to contact property was not answered. We had to ask the owner of the bar opposite to contact the owner of the hotel which he eventually managed to do, to gain entry to the building. The room was clean but needed decorating. - plaster falling from the ceiling and stains on the walls. This is not a hotel, you are just renting a room with no facilities.
