“Made my first time in Sevilla magical”
The best

Felt very safe as 2 young women traveling alone. Nights felt safe too, 24/7 desk attendant. Breathtakingly beautiful lobby, cool and refreshing room to stay out of the Seville heat. Absolutely amazing location walkable to everything! Loved the staff, very kind and helpful. Would stay there again!

The best

Really friendly and helpful staff on the desk. Recommended a great place for breakfast nearby. Great location to explore Seville from. 20 minutes walk from train station and down a nice little street - 10 minutes walk and we were in the heart of the town.

To be improved

Room was a little small for the 3 of us. Decor in the room could have been brighter. Everything functioned well but was quite basic.

The central location was excellent and the foyer area is very attractive. The night porter was extremely helpful with recommendations for places to eat.

To be improved

Parking discount didn't work despite numerous complaints to the lady at reception. Parking cost us €37.40 for less than 24 hours which would affect my decision to book this hotel again. Twin beds were extremely narrow and inches narrower than the bed heads which was uncomfortable.
