“EXCEPTIONAL STAY”

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Seville, in a magnificent historic palace. Everything was precisely as depicted in the photos. The location is unparalleled, within walking distance of the Giralda, Cathedral, Alcázar… A rich selection of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars… The host very attentive. Don’t hesitate, book this space for your stay in Sevilla!! We will certainly return!!!

The best

The location is perfect and within a 5-25 minute walk to everything that you may want to see in Sevilla. The street is on the quiet side, which is a great escape (well, if it wasn't for the major street construction that is happening right now - see my note on what I didn't like) after a day of exploring throughout the city. The apartment is really nice, clean, and spacious. When we come back to Sevilla in the future, we would consider staying on this street (after the street construction is completed) and maybe even at this same place.

To be improved

We would appreciate more transparency from the host about the ongoing construction on Zaragoza Street that has been going on for months and will continue after we leave the city for many more months. The entire street was being dug up, and there was dust/sand on the sidewalks and jack-hammering as early as 8 a.m. to 5-6 p.m. Walking along the street is reduced to only 1 person at a time (2 ways pedestrian traffic) due to the fencing blocking off the construction site. And taxis/Uber cannot drop you off in front of the place. You have to walk and lug your luggage through sand and dust. This information would have been helpful when we considered our options before booking. I understand that this is out of their control, but an upfront communication about the construction would have been helpful. I caution everyone to consider this when deciding to book.
