“Cosy apartment that is spacious and with a touch of history. Great location!”

The best

Casa Palacio Madre de Dios left a vary good memory with us! The apartment was spacious, everybody had their own room and bathroom. We had common room with big table and a couch to spend time together. The key collection process was very easy, on time and friendly. All our questions were answered! The apartment is located right in the city so you're close to the Cathedra or the famous Alcazar. Also decent restaurants are around. There were clean towels, coffee and tea. Thank you!

To be improved

Not many things were bothering us, but if we can make a positive impact and help this place to stand out even more we can suggest better cleaning, especially under the beds and maybe some minor bathroom fixes, like the towels hanger. If possible, putting the door from the fridge on the other side would be a good idea. Then it can open towards the kitchen, not the window. Oh and the last thing, not every photo represent the same apartment we rented. We understand there are more apartments in the Palacio, but maybe it's possible to show exactly the photos from the apartment that is in the offer.

“Outstanding place to spend a few days with a big group”

The best

It was quite centrally located, in a very walkable area near several cafés and bars, yet it was calm and quiet at night. The apartment itself was enormous and beautifully decorated. Each room has its own bathroom and all the comfort one might need for the stay.

To be improved

The check-in and key pick-up could've been better. I tried communicating with the host since early to let them know that some of us would arrive later and that a friend would be there earlier to collect the keys. It was hard to get a timely answer from the host, we called the number provided and got told that they'd be on holiday for the next couple of weeks. Then, the cleaning service arrived around the time that we were originally supposed to do the check-in and said that they'd take another couple of hours to finish up the apartment, but at least we could collect our keys then. It was all a little confusing and hasty.
