Only 1 window. There is a strong moldy smell in apartment. Its hard to find empty parking spot near aparartmnet. The apartment needs a good cleaning to avoid smell and remove little ants from the apartment.

The host provided instructions for collecting the keys since I had a late flight. I landed at Tenerife Airport at 1:00 AM, exhausted but relieved to finally check in. However, when I arrived, the key that was supposed to be in the lockbox was missing. To our shock, someone was already sleeping in the room that was assigned to us. This created an extremely stressful and chaotic situation for my family, including our children. After numerous attempts to contact the host, they finally answered the phone and confirmed that the room we were assigned was indeed occupied. It was a long, disastrous night with no immediate solution provided. For a family traveling with children, this kind of mismanagement is not just inconvenient—it's unsafe and unacceptable. Children require a secure, stable environment, especially late at night in a foreign place. This property is poorly managed and completely unreliable. The host seemed to have no idea how to handle the situation, leaving us stranded with nowhere to go in the middle of the night. Although Booking.com refunded the cost of our stay, it did not cover the additional expenses we incurred for transportation, last-minute alternative accommodations, and the sheer stress of dealing with such an ordeal. For families, particularly those traveling with young children, safety and dependability are paramount. This property failed miserably on both fronts. I would never recommend this property to anyone. Save yourself the hassle, and avoid this listing at all costs.

Tenerife is a place in the sun. Travelling from the UK we felt its quite hot, which was nice and for such places probably an air conditioner would be great to have in a house. There are fans provided but they are not enough for the kind of weather.

Hot damp and full of bugs also water leak bathroom floor full of water everyday told host and done nothing !
