Alot of the facilities were not there as advertised eg no electric kettle, no microwave only one cup, no toilet paper, the bed linen was a mismatch of children's and single bed linen on a double bed, the shower was broken.

The best

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, cozy, and just 15 minutes from the city center. The bed was comfortable, and the owner was very friendly and helpful, reassuring us that the walk to the center was manageable even with an infant, so we didn’t need a car. The heating worked well, though on very cold days, the front door’s lack of insulation might make it less effective. Parking at the apartment was also a great convenience. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

To be improved

The bed had only one long pillow; separate pillows would be more comfortable. The kitchen had only the basics—adding a kettle and a cutting board would be helpful.

Good small apartment to stay 2 nights. Located outside of the city centre of Murcia (but super easy to walk, 10 minutes) Owner comunication was clean and fast

To be improved

Stayed one night so it was ok, but can be clean a little bit more the glasses/plates/drawers. Head of shower was broken

“Well priced, interesting location”
The best

The property was well priced and had everything we needed. The location was residential - there was a bar just a few minutes walk away - spent a lovely evening there enjoying the food and drink - a local bar not a tourist bar - good service.

To be improved

Not really a problem with anything. The second bed is a sofa bed in the lounge - the shared bathroom is accessed through the main bedroom - could be a problem for some but we were fine with it.
