Very comfortable and well taken care of apartment, with AC, in a great location just in front of the poniente beach that is not so crowded, easy to arrange the check-in and check-out with the host… all good!

Location was excellent, could walk into Benidorm but quiet enough to keep away from noise. Stunning views from the windows. Washing detergent and shower items provided.

“Superb”

The best

Great location in the front row just across the street from Platja de Ponent. The unit is on the fifth floor, giving it excellent views and some isolation from street and beach noise. Easy walking distance to numerous restaurants, bars, and cafes. (The Old Town area is a 20-30 minute walk.) Secured private parking is also protected from the sun-- a real plus if you have a car with you. Kitchen is small but usable. The washing machine works well. We were able to dry things reasonably quicky inside, but there are also exterior clotheslines on the shared access balcony in the back. The host provides a very useful list of nearby facilities. For example, left to our own devices we probably wouldn't have found the market she recommended-- one that was just a short walk away, and had a MUCH better selection and lower prices than the choices right next to the property.

To be improved

The pre-arrival cleaning could have been a bit better-- there was sand on the floor before we ever went to the beach. The bed was a little on the narrow side for two people, and had one long pillow that both sleepers shared. We would have preferred separate pillows. Two bedrooms have that configuration, one has two smaller beds. Unfortunately, the host did not make up the smaller beds, so we couldn't use those pillows. We like to listen to the sea, and the bedrooms in this unit are towards the back. We were, however, there in the late shoulder season when Benidorm was fairly quiet. In summer, one might be much happier to have the sleeping quarters away from the street and all the activity there. (And you'd probably have the windows closed anyway to use the air conditioning.

“Exceptional”

The best

This is probably the best location in Benidorm and an offer for families who want to relax close to the beach, lots of restaurants and a quiet area. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious at a reasonable price with a helpful host, so I can give it the highest rating.
