Communication with the host was not very smooth. There was a lack of bed linen and towels, which required calling and messaging several times. There is no air conditioning (as promised in the apartment description) and ventilating through the window was painful because of the loud partying in the bar below and on the street until 2 am.

Communication could be much better. The apartment was large and ok. When we arrived at the property, we had no way to get inside. Apparently, we received correspondence earlier that same day that we were unable to retrieve due to lack of Wi-Fi during our international travel. We are also unable to call as they did not have What’s App as an option. In order to get in, I visited a nearby pub and asked them to call the owners Intl number for me. Thankfully, it worked out. Be advised, the owner does not speak English. I don’t blame him for the issues we had, as I found him to be accommodating once we were able to communicate with him.

Access only by card (not pin), but card inside the room. Instructions received only in Spanish and when calling them the first contact only spoke Spanish. One recommendation for the host: if you don’t want contact (which is ok) then send your communication in local language and English. Especially since this is touristic place.
