You have to park a bit far If you rent a car, but not an issue. Some undesired roommates: cockroaches in the bathroom. But they are more afraid of you than you are of them. Lights keep them hidden "away". It seems a general problem in the area (island?).

I felt more details should be given to the 3 flights of stairs as they are very steep and I suffer from a heart problem. Also the smell of sewage was present throughout our stay throughout property

Dangerous staircases. On each floor is one room. The 2 knives for cooking were not sharp. They didn't even cut a tomato. No pods can be bought anywhere for the Tassimo machine. Lousy filter coffee machine. Very hard uncomfortable mattresses. Unbelievable noisy location. We woke up every 2 hours despite using ear plugs. Rubbish collection at 2am. Don't underestimate the steps. I fell on the steps. Shocking service from agency. Had to contact them constantly to ask how to get the keys. They told us only once we had arrived. We were worried sick. Toilet in first bedroom can't be used by anyone taller than 175cm. Very, very primitive cheap IKEA furnitures. Cut myself on the bathroom cabinet door. I will never ever rent a privately owned apartment again. Very noisy day and night.
