The best

Good location if you have a car and want to dayhike optimal sections of the Camino dos Faros. The apartment was always pleasingly quiet, and comfortably warm at night.

To be improved

The apartment is older and smaller than the photos suggest. The only view is of the swanky, boutique hotel nearby. The sea is sometimes audible but not visible. The bed is unstable and the mattress is hard. The owners are kind but they, or someone they hire, needs to deep-clean this apartment. For example: Touch any upward-facing surface and your finger will be dust covered.

“I left with with memories and a morning 6 mile hike/run to Ponteceso to remember for years to come.”
The best

The peaceful and nature setting, Carmen and Juan as well, welcome any traveler. Ponteceso’s is only 2 or so miles away by car, or by trail along the ocean. The views from Mirador nearby are breath taking. Bird lovers would enjoy the amount of action along the marshes of the Anllons. The beaches are pristine. La Costa de la Muerte calls!

To be improved

I like everything but a sophisticated or luxury traveler may find the new hotel next door more accommodating.
