“Fantastic break”

The best

Fantastic location, very accurate photo's, comfortable and clean property across the the main road from Los Pocillos beach. Quite location which is great at night and less than 10 minutes walk to the main strip, we will definitely be back, great communication with Susanne.

To be improved

Nothing to dislike.

“Lovely house in a quiet complex.”

The best

The location is very good in a fairly quiet area, a number of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance and a short walk to the beach, we used the pool bar at Las Adelfas, over the road, quite a lot as there wasn't one on the complex. The property is very well equipped with good quality appliances and plenty of room for 4 people. I can't think of anything missing in terms of what you may have in a home.

To be improved

Not many negatives, only one in the house is to be wary of the ledge on the LH side of the stairs which can catch your shoulder if you go up on the LH side of stairs. Couldn't find much in the way of English channels, but that didn't do us any harm for a couple of weeks. Outside of the apartment the nearest gate was fiddly to open and the gate into the property was also fiddly. You have to wriggle the keys about to get both to open. Something else to watch out for is nearest gate entrance has a slope but half a step to the left it drops down, from a step on the other half of the gate and it's not easy to see the divide. Both my wife and sister slipped off it and I think a white line down the LH side of the slope would make it more visible. No sunbeds at pool so we didn't use it.

“Very relaxing and peaceful. Our requests were dealt with promptly”

The best

The 2 floors in the accommodation were nicely fitted out. Lots of wardrobe space and hangers. Very modern. Lovely well equipped kitchen. There were lots of plates, glasses & equipment for 4 people. The hard garden to the front was lovely. 2 nice loungers, umbrella & table for 4. The terrace was nice but only had access from the bedroom so less useful. The pool was a short walk away and spotless and quiet. There were 2 nice built in eating areas with olive tree shelter.

To be improved

The blinds did not keep out the light in the bedrooms. Only in the TV area. If the windows were open a lovely breeze flowed thru but so did the mosquitoes and the blinds blew everywhere. There is very little shelter at the pool and sunbeds and umbrellas are not provided. It is bring your own. Very little natural shelter.
