Communication with Caleta Homes was very random with a lot of generic messages to questions, that didn’t really give me an answer. Plus some error ones such as checkout procedure before I had even arrived. There was no personal touch that I felt with the properties I had just stayed in in Cordoba and Seville. Didn’t like the fact that you had to go to their office to pick up the keys with no assistance to get to the apartment, although it was only a 10 minute walk away this seems quite far when carrying baggage and wheeling suitcases in the afternoon heat. I feel they should install a key box or meet you at the apartment. The security deposit you pay at the office could be done through their online checkin. It was hard to fully enjoy the balcony due to the flies, don’t open windows or patio doors as the apartment becomes full of flies, they were in the shower and were quite a pain. I got some spray to try to get rid of them as there was only an empty can in the cupboard. The kitchen although well equipped is very dark and as the sink is black was quite difficult to see what you were doing. No start off provisions, not even a bottle of water! Stark comparison to the 2 previous apartments we stayed at as part of this trip. Make sure you do not disturb the neighbour in 4D, our delivery driver pressed their intercom by mistake and she was raging at my son and was slapping him on the arm, luckily he is a polite man and quietly and firmly told her to stop. Was very unpleasant.
