“Excepcional hospitality!”
The best

Casa Puertas was our favorite property on our whole Camino. The delightful room and the secret garden were very special. It would be a great stop for a rest day too. It was a fun village to explore.

The best

Everything!!!! Beautiful home, rooms had wonderful view of the ocean and sunset! Great amenities, coffee, tea, water, biscuits, clothes lines, garden to relax in, great location right on Camino and near restaurant, the nicest most accommodating staff, spotless and beautifully furnished and decorated rooms with lots of light, very comfortable bed… can’t say enough about this wonderful place!!!

The best

Top quality location & facilities! Great to have the use of a kitchen & it was well equipped! Carmen was an attentive hostess & she seemed to be related to many of the people in the hospitality industry around !

To be improved

I cannot think of anything! I guess, I found it a little too expensive as a solo traveller! I don’t remember the rates when I booked & I will check if it is double the price for 2 people?????

The best

The room was lovely, the entire place was lovely and very homey. Carmen was so helpful and her English was perfect. Our room had a balcony overlooking the coast and the city, including the church. The location was in the town center, easy to walk to whatever we needed. Quiet room, comfortable bed, soft lighting, nice windows. No AC was needed as the windows let a nice breeze in. There were stairs which we did not mind at all. It was much more than we expected. It was our first hotel in Spain as we were bicycling the Camino from Oporto to Santiago. Love it!
