Big and comfortable space with everything what I need. Near the see, good kitchen. The best was absolute privaci of this apartment and small yeard with no eyes.

Spacious. Comfy bed. Despite its shortcomings it is fair value for the money paid.

To be improved

The posted description should state that it is a basement apartment, hence slight dampness and some drain flies. A few barking dogs in the immediate neighbourhood make it hard to relax.
