Excellent location Lovely apartment and contents Clean well supplied Above pubs which play music until 3am If you have problems with back ground noise it’s not for you. We personally had no problem sleeping at all . I would definitely come back just for sea views , people watching, convenience to shops.

“Modern apartment close to all amenities with beach just across the road”
The best

The property was modern and well maintained, it is located centrally in Puerto del Carmen with good security. The bathroom was great with owner having left shampoo and shower gel on our arrival along with bottled water. Beds were very comfortable with air conditioning throughout the apartment. Great views of beach and sea from balcony. The owners supplied ear plugs which were of great help as I’m a light sleeper.

To be improved

Getting access to the apartment is a bit tricky at first go but after you have a look around it is simple enough. There is noise from the bars below but if you use the ear plugs supplied you should be good.

Large spacious apartment, clean, with aircon and full kitchen.

The noise from the Irish bar below was terrible, they played live music from 10pm until 3pm every night just couldn’t sleep properly even using earplugs you could still hear the music. 🤬 it spoilt my holiday. Couldn’t use my fire stick in the tv due to the location of the hdmi socket.
