Great location, excellent access to a beautiful beach, close to restaurants etc.

To be improved

The location is very good, however in this price range, a lot of ‘basics’ and ‘the little extra’ was completely lacking. Eg dishwasher not working (inconvenient with lots of people), no soap in any bathroom on arrival, no garbage bags, lights in the pool did not work, very limited kitchen equipment for cooking etc. We needed to buy absolutely all basics, while we would have expected that at least some of this was in place. This would also have given a much better impression on arrival, at a very limited cost. The interiors were also quite sparse, few outdoor lamps on terrace, no candles, no pillows in sofas etc - that could also be very easily fixed (at a very low cost), and would have given a much better first impression.

To be improved

The only thing we didn't like was the inadequacy of towels. One bath towel and and one hand towel per person is insufficient for people who are going to the beach to swim.

Would be nice if there was dishwashing gear, more wineglasses, cutlery’s. There wasn’t even one wine bottle opener.

Location is superb, close to town but very quiet, views are spectacular and the house is very functional with everything you need at hand.

To be improved

Beds and linen could be better, not enough pillows and the remotes for the air con etc were not good, batteries were dead and so it was annoying on the first night to have to attend to things that should have been in place for the price you pay for the villa. There was only one front door key that worked so if there are a large group staying this would cause them issues and the pool is not maintained during your stay to my knowledge,I never saw a pool maintenance person which if there weren't so many birds around wouldn't be a problem , but having to clean pigeon poo off sunbeds and from in and around the pool is not really what I want to do on holiday and we had a resident dead pigeon on the lawn all week that I was not going to remove , but I would have expected the rental company to at least visit and check the place over during the week.We saw nobody from the company all week which is great in certain ways but I would have liked them to address the issues mentioned.
