The best

Casa Reina was absolutely perfect for us, spacious clean & modern. We arrived in Playa Blanca the day before to an awful hotel which wasn’t anything like we had expected so we booked this last minute & we all loved it. We would highly recommend it & would definitely stay again if visiting. The area is very quiet, short walk to the beautiful Playa Dorado beach & Aldi supermarket not far up the road (which you can walk). We were all very comfortable here.

The best

The house has a nice modern layout with plenty of room. It has 3 different bathrooms plus a toilet so we all had our privacy. The house is also well equipped with all kitchen items you might need to cook a meal. The location is also great as it is very close to playa Blanca and the city center with lots of restaurants and other facilities. The house also has a car park just in front of it so it is super convenient when renting a car.

To be improved

We enjoyed our stay a lot. We will come back again in the future.

The check in time was 3pm, our flight was landing about 12noon. I have arranged through Booking.com for an early check in for 2pm - this was agreed. Arrived at Casa Reina just before 2pm - called the contact provided, was told that an early check was not possible. I was ok with that. The 2 cleaners arrived about 2:30pm - very nice people - helped us to bring our bags in. However the property had not been cleaned from the last guests - dirty sheets on the beds etc etc. The cleaners then explained that the villa would be ready in 2 hours - we happily went off to have some lunch in Playa Blanca - we returned 2 hours later and the villa was cleaned extremely well - it was spotless. It really wasn't a drama at all and did not impact on our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The couch had a throw over which was dirty so could not use.No change of towels or linen.
