“Very bad and disgusting place to rent”

Not clean all over, all the door handles including toilet door handle broken could not use the toilet in privacy, shower was dirty and grubby, the accommodation said breakfast included, we were provided kind off stale croissant with a small carton of milk, the machine supposedly to be used for hot water, coffee making was not working, no cups or mugs were provided, only some plastic cups, no kitchen facilities to make a cuppa , the bedroom only had a bed with no headboard, no wardrobe only a trolley. When we arrived we were outside about 30 mins, we rang and emailed but no answer and as the property is on a very narrow road with slim pavement it was quite dangerous waiting outside. We saw other customers arriving later at night and were banging on the door as no staff available. The staff Christina only came on and off however did not speak or understand English despite we used google translator. There was a microwave that was very dirty and smelly. The property was cold and when asked and requested criztina brought another cover. The tables in the sitting room were also dirty and we had to clean even the chairs and the sofa before sitting on them briefly. On a whole we do not believe we were provided with what the property is advertising, we are really really disappointed and will not recommend as it is not fit for the renting purpose Please can you arrange for some refund as we had to spend our time mostly outside and even to buy a coffee and breakfast. Unfortunately we realised after that we should have taken pictures for evidence. I look forward for your response Thanks Shyama

“Disappointing”

The property does not worth the money paid for.they said breakfast included, but what they offer is nothing near breakfast. The cleaning was very poor, no TV in the rooms, no fridge. The toilet is shared, but the toilet does not fit for purpose. The location is not good. Poor water drainage in the bathroom. The sofa in the communal lounge is old and dirty. The whole property needs renovation.

There was no breakfast. It was 4 plastic wrapped buns delivered the day before with a spoon(!) and 1 ml jam.sometimes a coffe machine worked.

To be improved

no window, no ventilation, no closets for clothes.
