Chest of drawers some drawers broken Long walk to restaurants

Could do with some modernisation. Some electrical sockets in the kitchen not working.

Toilet cistern flush down stairs broken,blockage in bathroom sink downstairs chipped bath enamel, microwave rusty inside possible insulation and earth dafety risk,needs scrapping freezer insulation failure causing blocked drain hole and ice built up at bottom causing draws to stck oven racks and in between glass needed a clean,lots of dust in main living room any one with a dust mite allergy would suffer outside seats are folding wooden chairs with old covers on them,very uncomfortable after 20 mins of sitting,upstairs toilet constantly leaking into pan causing a flush every 30 mins,bath needs re enamelling both bathrooms and shower needs a new head on it,upstairs chest of draws middle draw broken, unit under tv covered in dust inside and window cill dusty

Unfortunately the villa is looking a little tired and needs some TLC, nothing major just a little love. I did have to have a clean though before we could enjoy it, there were some dirty pots and pans, the dishwasher had a lot of food debris in it too. The floors also needed a brush and mop. It's also the little touches of a welcome pack including toilet rolls, bin bags, dish cloths washing powder for clothes and hand soap etc included which make a difference instead of having to go straight to the supermarket for the basics. A few instructions would have helped too, we couldn't get the TV to work and the pool man turned up unannounced giving us a shock, we couldn't find the safe, finding it eventually at the bottom of the wardrobe under the shelf after getting on our hands and knees. Nothing to spoil the holiday but it's the little things that help to give a great experience. It took us 10 minutes to locate the villa even though we were on the correct road as we were looking for a house name of Casa Rubicon but it is actually called Insuntza. Only after trying the key box and it opening did we realise we had found it.
