The best

Lola and her team were outstanding! This place is esthetically beautiful. Somewhere between Disneyland and the Flintstones. So much to see and do here. I am already planning to book my next trip here. This is a true JEM, just a short taxi ride into the country side of Huercal-Overa.

To be improved

Nothing. The facilities, staff care and the relaxing country side were all excellent.

To be improved

Self catering facilities poor, some basics non existent and had to ask for. Toilet broke halfway through our stay and had to fill a bucket to flush it. BBQ disgusting and unusable. Microwave on top of fridge and cable did not reach the wall socket. No usable mirror. Not even a tea towel to dry dishes or a wooden spoon to stir for cooking. Bins never emptied, knives blunt, sofa uncomfortable. Pillows in bed horribly inadequate, had to request more. The reality did not match the photos and the experience did not match the expectation at all. As we left with our bags and got to our car we were for the first time asked by someone we’d never seen before if everything was ok. Far too late for that. Either do self catering properly or not at all.
