“Cozy pleasant home with views”

The best

Beautiful rural house in the Solar area of the town. Supermarket near by and restaurants and bar are only an5 minute walk . The views are spectacular all day round and the house if very cozy. It has all the amenities one needs to spend a few days , including bbq and a chimney. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable . Paqui our host was incredibly nice and was always available to attend our needs. We defiantly keep it on our list of places to go back to🤘

“Basic but very lovely”

The best

My hubby and I, we love simple things and we feel at best at rural places, so overall we loved our stay at Casa Rural Calabaza & Nueces: the terrace was AMAZING, bathroom's concept was lovely, the kitchen and common area was cozy and nice, THE VIEWS were stunning etc., etc. It felt like camping but with bed and a warm shower.

To be improved

Attention to details is a key in my opinion. And there were some minor details that were missing and while it wasn't a big deal for us, might be of disturbance for others: the toilet flush didn't work properly, the main room didn't have much light and there was no shampoo or shower gel. We also had a gas problem with the water heater in the kitchen that was not solved and we had to unplug the heater by ourselves to keep us safe, which meant a cold shower the next morning. However, we were completely alone in the whole property so we took that as a bonus and a complete freedom to enjoy the kitchen and the terrace.

Access to the address, wrong address. Not correct photo of apartment, much smaller, strong smell of tobbaco in the apartment. To park is a big problem, even though we knew no parking was available.

“Old town hilltop room with a view”

We loved the view from the terrace and bedroom. The Parking comes in handy. People are friendly. If you do not mind walking a bit in steep streets the location is good.

To be improved

The floor where squiky, the bedroom doors make a lot of sound. So if you wake up in the night to walk around you might wake up your partner. There was no anti mosquito thing in the room. We had like 5-6 mosquitos in the bedroom at all times. The streets to the place and parking are very old tight roads. Also when we stayed the terasse funiture where full of rust and no ashthrey where provided, could use new funiture for terasse.
