Apartment is new with five rooms and a beautiful common area with living room, kitchen and patio. Host, Alberto, was amazing. Provided lots of history on the home and the area plus tips on where to eat.

“Too many problems”

Location was perfect. You can park right outside on the street.

We had room 2, and it had major problems with the shower. Water would not go down the drain, causing us to have to clean the room after every shower. There was so much water it went all the way to the main bedroom and the bathroom became a pool. It made our stay unpleasant as we were just given a bucket to clean it up, the staff did not even offer to do it themselves. Owner was aware of problem, but based on previous reviews it looks like nothing was done. In addition, when we arrived we were given info to check-in room 1, and when we did we met other guests. Owner mixed up the rooms. We had to wait 15 min for them to sort things out and finally give us room 2. Again super unpleasant after a 7 hours drive. The kitchen for all guests is on ground floor next to room 1 and 2, of any guest wants to use it at night, those two rooms will be woken up and hear all noises.

Wow! We have so many wonderful memories in Casa Candelas including: *A beautifully decorated room and hotel. Comfortable bed and great shower. *Great decor throughout with a modern communal kitchen and dining area *Fresh oranges from the proprietor’s property - delicious and what a treat! *Small morning baked goods to nibble on *A patio to enjoy a glass of wine after a day of exploration *Alberto the owner was delightful and ensured daily that our needs were met; helping us where needed
