Fabulous quiet location with great outside space. The double bedroom is lovely with floor to ceiling windows one end giving views over the sea and the bed was really comfortable.

To be improved

The only real disappointment was that the AGA/woodburner cooker in the kitchen smoked too much to use as it would have made the room cosy in the evenings. There was an electric fire so we were not cold.

“Off the grid, dreamy house.”

The best

Dreamy property, wonderful location, off the grid. A true "bedroom with a view". The kitchen is huge and has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable and the house was clean and beautiful.

To be improved

The shower is a bit complicated to work out, and we missed a closet in the bedroom.

Its rural location is stunning. Clearly well organised and equipped accommodation to have everything you need to get away from the world.

To be improved

The beds were too soft and not comfortable as offered no support.

Beautiful house, gorgeous & huge garden, stunning restoration of building. View to the ocean if the weather is clear! Lovely details all over the house from beautiful ornaments to fresh cuttings from the garden. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a calm, beautiful and unique place to stay.

To be improved

No heating so a bit chilly in January, just a heads up to anyone coming in the winter. Wasn't a problem for us, we were prepared with warm socks, and the bed had plenty of extra duvets.
