“Glorious old Castillo with plenty of modern day comfort ❤️”
The best

Our second stay here at this fabulous Castillo and it won’t be our last (hopefully!). A truly magnificent and atmospheric castle, loaded with history, but also modern day comforts like great heating, hot water and wifi. We splashed out on the Presidential Suite this time and it was definitely worth it. Great views out of the windows, very good shower and a comfortable bed. We were driving from Bilbao to Tarifa and it made the perfect half way stop over. No suppers provided but a grand old kitchen you are welcome to use to cook up your own food. Plus help yourself to breakfast in the morning. Easy, safe parking for our large van. We loved it - 10/10 Thank you

The best

Historic stay at a privately owned 16th century castle! Room was huge with very comfortable bed. Quiet and dark so slept great. Small self serve breakfast buffet.

To be improved

Need to plan ahead for dinner— no restaurant for miles. We biked there and had to bring our own food.
