Arrived and werent given the correct accomm. They were not expecting us and seemed very unfamiliar with booking.com. We had to stay in a different location for 2 nights until they prepared the main accomm. Actual accom. Heating, no standard heating and tried to charge 25-30 euros a day for firewood to heat the place. Ski-to-door access is incorrect and skiing (offsite) are debatable. 2 hour drive to the resort is hardly applicable. Air conditioning - not an issue for us as we stayed in the winter but appears theyre referring to the tiny fans in the rooms because theres no other air con I can see Kitchen - bare minimum utensils provided, no eating knives, trays too big to fit in provided oven, no chopping board, no large cutting knife, power cut out when using multiple hobs, not enough crockery for the 6 of us, let alone if full occupancy Bathroom 1 - toilet had an issue where it would keep refilling and the sliding door does not properly align with the lock so it cannot be shut properly. Bathroom 2 - shower built improperly so that water runs out of the shower and onto the floor of the rest of the bathroom and out into the house Boiler only seemed to provided enough hot water for 2-3 quick showers. Took at least 3 hours before any hot water was available again. No wifi provided in the main accomm. Broken window blind in living room. Inappropriate behaviour from the owners(?) next door. The two men sexually harrassed the older women of our group, including innappropriate physical contact such as touching and kissing without consent. After their advances were refused, they acosted us for money on Christmas Eve for using the provided firewood to heat the place in the evening at night, claiming it was 25 euros a day, a change from when we initially paid 30 euros for the whole week, as they told us.
