Casa Rural El Chaparro

We had an amazing stay! The views were absolutely stunning and definitely a highlight. The facilities were great, especially the BBQ area and the pool, which was perfect for relaxing. A huge thanks to our hosts for being so helpful, especially for taking us out to get food after we arrived late — really appreciated that extra effort. Honestly, the whole experience was such good value I would’ve happily paid double. Would definitely come back!

The location is absolutely incredible, with panoramic mountain views, sunrises to die for, a swimming pool overlooking the valley and a lovely cozy woodburner for the evenings! We also really appreciated the bathroom at the end of the garden, for 5 people sharing the house, it was nice to have it separate! Our host was really lovely and met us in a local town to show us the route (as sat nav will likely take you through some rivers in this area!), she then came to meet us to collect the keys on the last day, and was very accommodating with allowing an earlier check in ☺️ It's an exciting drive around the mountain roads nearby, perhaps not one for those who are scared of heights, but the lakes and nearby sights are in close range of the house and the views you'll get in the journey are out of this world! We have visited in early spring, so the hills and mountain are currently luscious green, and vibrant, and we made good use of the barbecue for a delicious meal with a view on our last sunset

Lovely location with stunnng position and views. Very good facilities and well appointed. Hosts are ever available if there are any needs.

the location is in a beautiful area close to El chorro, breath taking view (you can see the goats and the sheperds walking down the hill) and the house itself is just beautiful (shame it was too cold to use the pool, but will go back in the summer). honestly, recommended a 100%. Our pets had a great Time there, there is space to roam and explore.

We visited El Chorro for rock climbing vacation and El Chaparro was a perfect place to stay!! House has everything you need and just a short drive from the turnoff to one of the most popular crags in the area. Views from the house were also amazing! Hosts were easy to get a hold of and took care of is immediately when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house. I’d love to visit El Chorro again, and I’ll definitely stay here when we do!
