Employee did not speak no English and was very grumpy Place was FREEZING COLD everywhere (booked end of march 2024, temp around +10 celcius outside) Room was ice cold, floor was inpossible to stand on "Heating" which was air conditioning, was not working, vibrating and not blowing We had small heater in bathroom that was chained, so used that, but warm temerature in room was maybe after 4-5hours when we were already sleeping When we tried to find receptionist, he was already gone, 10min after our check in , around 22:40 Breakfast was black coffee +milk, orange juice, no water Breakfast bread, 4 types of meat, 1 type of cheese, butter, jam, muffins, tangerines, no other fruit or vegetables, no warm food We had to wait 1-2 minutes for warm water to appear in the shower or in the sink in the bathroom During breakfast employee (older gentelman) was stending or sitting 1-2m behind our back all the time

Variety of options at breakfast isn't very large, but thats connected with a few people that stayed within me.
