“An alternative to crazy towns and cities.”
The best

This is a rural property a few KMs from town. It is not a luxury hotel but was comfortable, especially if you want a break from the busy towns/cities. A good breakfast was available for a few extra Euros. The host was welcoming.

“Good location for birdwatching”
The best

Good location for birdwatching, we had a large room with comfortable bed and great views. Host was enthusiastic about birds and kindly got out his telescope for us to look through from the house. Loved all the storks nesting on nearby building.

To be improved

Dinner was expensive (25 euros each) for what we had (soup, tortilla with some lettuce and tomato and a small basic flan). Would advise guests to eat elsewhere but otherwise good place to stay.

The best

Booked for location and the owners knowledge of local wildlife. Paco our host was so helpful. This is situated in a dark sky area so that was an added bonus seeing so many stars at night.
