“Lasting fab memories. Perfect for 4 people but lounge would be a bit small for 6 but it was unusually cold for our stay.”

Very damp but had a great fire and electric rads which helped to warm the place as we happened to go in a very cold rainy week. Temp didn’t really rise above 8C. Loved the location… very special! The drive from the main road was stunning!

To be improved

Make sure you drive really slowly in the dark, especially on your arrival …. We were shocked at what we navigated in the dark! Use Google maps for precise location. Unfortunately the weather was appalling and the house was very damp and smelt but we still loved it!!!!!!!! 🥰

“Great stay. Recommended.”

The best

The property is spacious, with enough privacy, immersed in green of the misty forest. We had fire in the inner fireplace every day. The scenery from the house is beautiful. The host answered the phone or called back soon. We appreciated efficient electrical heating.

To be improved

Due to the location, humidity is extreme. No mold found in the house, however. The laundry dries very long, more days. The path beyond the gate to the house is pretty steep, with some moss and tree leaves, slippery for a car if it is raining.
