“Rubbish description (LIES) . . . AVOID !”

Nothing . . . it was a SCAM, nothing AT ALL like the description (read other reviews for verification of this). It advertised having a restaurant but the owner told me "if you want to use the restaurant you have to give 72 hours notice" 🤣 WE DIDN'T STAY !! Only redeeming thing was the owner agreed to arrange a refund through Booking.com AVOID ! UPDATE: I've NOT heard or seen any sign of a refund yet ! I'M GOING TO GET ONTO BOOKING.COM DIRECTLY TO ENSURE THEY DON'T CON OTHERS IN THE FURURE !

It wasn't as described AT ALL ! THEY PROMISED TO ARRANGE A REFUND AS WE DIDN'T STAY, BUT SO FAR THAT'S ANOTHER LIE !

The location, the management, no restaurant as advertised. It's in a location with no options for dinner nearby. We booked because we wanted somewhere we didn't have to drive for dinner having come from Segovia that day. The bed was uncomfortable the mattress needs changing. The single pillow was old, hard and smelly. It's been many years since we have stayed anywhere so bad. Staff were rude and really didn't care one way or another. Simply awful 😞

“Everything was clean, comfortable Bed There is a keybox so you can self-checkin · Cons: The Room did heavily smell like old smoke. It was just in the furniture and all the little perfume things could not hide it. We had Number 3 on the second Floor. If you are not a smoker you will not feel comfortable there.”
