“Luxury in fantastic surroundings with top owners.”

Perfect vineyard property. We had the whole house to ourselves, as well as the grounds around. The owners are fantastic and gave us a vineyard tour, explaining how they make their wine. We tried the wine and it is a pity we did not have enough space in the car to take some back with us. (we went crazy buying towels in Portugal, just across the river). I wish we could have stayed a couple of weeks as the house is a real lived in house (with all the herbs and spices and kitchen utensils for a real home). The spring is fantastic and leads to a mini pool where the laundry used to be washed in the open.

The best

Calm, beautiful and peaceful home in the middle of hectares of grapevines. We were very well received by our charming hosts. A great place to stay! We'll be back!

“Excellent holiday home away from home”

The best

Excellent spacious house and grounds. All bedroom had its own bathroom. Good facilities. Nice and peaceful in the countryside. The owner lived close by in case we had any queries.

To be improved

No air conditioning was the only negative. Hot in the bedrooms at night. Fans are a bit noisy.
