Casa Rural Medina 2

The area is very beautiful also the garden is pretty amazing with a lot of fruits

We just returned from holiday in La Gomera. Casa Medina 2 was our home for several nights. This picturesque cottage is located high in the mountain forest, hence it is quiet location with cool and showery nights. The garden was full of blossoming flowers, trees with ripe fruit and friendly ginger cat. The cottage itself offers all the facilities that the description says. The host was always available and very friendly. From me personally I loved the well equipped kitchen, good water pressure in shower, bidet in WC, the WiFi strength, the cottage style and the setting/ the location - it was very nice to sleep in cool cottage after long hot days hiking or enjoying the beach. My partner appreciated the off road parking and the BBQ grill. My recommendation to future visitors would be - rent small car. It is a must. The rural mountain roads are narrow and full of turns. Do the full food and essential shopping while in San Sebastian. If you do not like cooking, that's OK, there is good restaurant few minutes away by car. It takes about 45 minutes to get from San Sebastian up the mountains to Casa Medina 2 - e.i. if you brave and keep to the speed limits!!! Plus add time to your travel because you will often stop and admire the scenery. I recommend this place to all whom love nature, hiking and rural peaceful living. Enjoy :).
