Casa Rural Puerta del Sol

The hotel was closed and would not open for us. The Homeaway support staff failed miserably in supporting us, so, I finally took my own initiative to book another hotel on MY CREDIT CARD. I have summarized my frustrations in discussions with the staff who were supposed to be helping me (both times), and am waiting to hear back from Homeaway. Pathetic The low rating is both for the hotel, and Homeaway's vetting and la ck of credible support. I would again like to hear from Homeaway's management about this fiasco.

Het hotel ligt in het centrum van de stad. In de directe omgeving heel goede restaurants te vinden.

Bel hôtel bien situé. Chambre propre et silencieuse mais il n'y a pas de fenêtre ! Bonne wifi et bonne climatisation, mais la literie est très moyenne.

La casa es muy bonita y la habitación, también. El baño está incorporado a la entrada de la habitación (sin intimidad) y hace un ruido fortísimo cada vez que se activa el agua. La encargada fue muy amable. Hasta nos proporcionó una plaza de aparcamiento cercana.

Not a great booking in, as the girl spoke no English and we were told to park in the local parking which was 15 euro for the night, forgetting to say we got 5 euros off for staying in a local hotel. We booked off the Hotel.com site and at 45 euros thought we’d got a bargain, but our room had been photographed very well and in fact had no windows, was small and the A/C didn’t work. The bathroom or shower room was a bit strange with 2 toilets and no bath. The WiFi worked intermittently, very small transmitter and didn’t work or crashed when used in the room, also there was no sign of the water advertised. On the plus side, the rooms were extremely clean, the decor was good and the hotel was very well located. The breakfast was good and we met the owner there who spoke good English, shame she wasn’t at the booking in. I would stay there again, but only in one of the better more expensive rooms

El alojamiento estaba bastante bien y en buena zona. Lo único que le faltaba es algun sistema de calefacción si vas en invierno.
