“Nice central property but lacking some essentials”
The best

Central, property with character, nice kitchen fully equipped, wood burning stove

To be improved

inaccessable with car, up a lot of steep steps, no wood left for wood burning stove and you have to walk a long way to get it and carry it home, no heating in bedrooms, no sheets or pillows left for sofa bed. Arrived late and spent a very cold night in the house. Would have been nice to have known before choosing. Could be really nice with a bit more thought from the owner.
