The roof terrace is not private, it is shared with the rental nextdoor and also with the landlords drying laundry, underpants and all. The accommodation has no hot water from any of the taps, and the only hot water is a maximum 2 minutes of shower water. There is also no heating or air conditioning, so you have no way of warming up if you're cold. When I asked the landlord to supply an electric heater as the house was very cold, I was refused, shouted at, and told that I was being unreasonable. We were booked in for a week, but left after 2 nights due to the lack of hot water and heating, and the extremely unpleasant landlord's attitude to our reasonable requests. A really terrible experience.

I must point out that hot water is available only in the shower stall. For the season of the year with increased humidity, the possibility of ventilation in the apartment could be better. But all in all my stay has met my expectations.
