“Absolutely beautiful villa. Had everything we needed for a wonderful break. Marie and Rob are great and very welcoming. You'll need a car but parking isn't an issue. Great not having to fight for a sunbed by your own pool and beautiful views from the roof terrace especially in the evenings! Washing machine and dishwasher were a bonus! Thanks for everything.”

“Amazing villa in excellent location”
The best

Wonderful villa in great quiet location, everything about it was amazing! Rob met us at the property and explained everything in detail and was very helpful if we needed anything throughout our stay. Would 100% recommend the villa and would definitely return

“You need a car, pool amazing , nice quiet area , I am being picky as we had a lovely holiday .”
The best

Excellent pool area off street parking. Very good communication with Rob who works for the owner. Quesada town has good selection of places to eat and good supermarkets nearby ( you need a car ) Kitchen has loads of pots and pans , cups , glassware etc. tv has plenty of English channels.

To be improved

Beds uncomfortable Not as clean as it could have been BBQ left dirty, found chocolate wrappers under our bed , table on balcony dirty between glass and edges. Probably just unlucky with whoever was there before because last year it was definitely cleaner. Sun loungers could do with replacing or being re covered.

“Well equipped and tidy”
The best

The size of the villa was perfect. Very well equipped. 40 mins to Alicante and 40 mins to Murcia. Close to lots of supermarkets and some bars and restaurants. We had a car so it was perfect and the villa had off road parking. Pool was lovely and clean.
