The hosts’ hospitality was excellent. A very warm welcome under difficult circumstances (the nationwide power outage had just struck). They couldn’t have been more accommodating.

“Pleasant, good value place to stay with friendly owner ( but she only speaks Spanish)”
The best

good value for a 2-bedroom apartment, very friendly owner , decent wifi, good kitchen facilities, good shower . bedrooms are the other side of house from traffic .

To be improved

very close to road ( but which luckily wasn’t busy at night ) , I found the mattress uncomfortable ( felt like a very cheap mattress to me ) , there were some cleaning implements in the kitchen which smelled very strongly of stale water ( the cloth was so pungent you could smell it everywhere in the room so I disposed of it ) . possibly just an oversight but I expect clean cloths and sponges when staying somewhere that offers kitchen facilities . Not a great place to buy food or eat out locally but fine if you are driving.
