Casa Soleada Holiday Fully private Villa

Casa Soleada is paradise. In a nutshell. It’s private, peaceful and has the most astonishing views you’ll ever see. The pool was a great size. Comfortable accommodation, ample kitchen for home cooking, and storing. A trunk full of pool inflatables, snorkels and beach umbrellas as well as beach towels. 2 bathrooms as bonus with 4 of us and comfortable beds with air con at night made sleeping a pleasure until the next coffee with those views in the morning. We absolutely loved it. Vincent was also on hand via WhatsApp for questions when we needed him but left us to it which was great. Canillas de Aceituno is the most picturesque Spanish town we’ve ever seen and would recommend. You do however need nerves of steel for the roads and a car that can handle the ups and downs. My husband drove the single track lane which it nearly finished me as it’s pretty hairy at times, but I think that’s what makes this place even more special and it can’t be a negative because the reward is the villa! People live here and a few drive the roads daily and somehow, I got more used to it. Drivers are careful and considerate in the mountains. The best route up is via Canillas de Aceituno where the winding mountain roads are a little wider but you do still have a single lane track of the edge of a mountain to deal with as the last hurdle, but like I said, what a reward! Paradise.

This is our second visit to Casa Soleada. We loved it as much this time as before and traveling at the end of June/start of July meant that it was light till 10pm at night. Really relaxing and cool even in 38-degree weather, its position gives a lovely cooling breeze most days and there are plenty of shaded areas to sit when you want to get away from the sun. Some outdoor enhancements that have been implemented since our last stay enhance the space. Will come back for a third time.

The setting is stunning. Views from the pool and terraces are amazing. Quiet and relaxing. The Villa was well equipped. Lovely cold bottle of water on Rrival as well as a bottle of Cava and Olives. The drive up is "interesting," steep with drops and no passing places, but very manageable - make sure you hire a car with some power. Vincent is very helpful and sends lots of information and responds very quickly to any questions. Would highly recommend.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic villa, and it exceeded all my expectations. The property is nestled in a remote and tranquil location between the picturesque hills of Sierra de Tejeda, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the highlights of this home is the stunning pool. It was impeccably clean and provided a refreshing escape from the warm Spanish sun. The pool area is surrounded by trees and other greens, offering a serene and private oasis. We spent countless hours lounging by the pool, enjoying the tranquil atmosphere and the beautiful garden views. The scenery around the home is simply breathtaking! From the spacious terrace, we had a glimpse of the Mediterranean Sea, and on clear days, we could even see the distant shores of Morocco. The terrace provided a panoramic view of the rolling hills, creating a picturesque backdrop that was truly mesmerizing! Every morning, we were greeted by the sight of the sun rising over the hills, casting a golden glow across the landscape. In the evenings, the sunsets were equally spectacular, with the sky painted in hues of pink, orange, and purple. The tranquility of the surroundings, combined with the stunning natural beauty, made every moment spent on the terrace a memorable one! The interior of the home is equally impressive. It is tastefully decorated with a blend of modern amenities and charming local touches. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living areas were comfortable and inviting. The bedrooms were spacious and offered stunning views, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Vincent providing us with excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. Overall, I highly recommend this holiday home to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway in Malaga. The combination of the beautiful pool, breathtaking scenery, and secluded location made our stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to return!
