“There is only one thing we don’t like is the non stop noise from TF31; all others are wonderful. A place for people don’”

Except the casa is next to heavy traffic highway TF31, we love all the other points. 1-the staff and the gardener were very helpful. We retrieve key easily. Gardener come very often to arrange the environment and swimming pool also sent us some fresh produce from the neighborhood farm. 2-i did not notice we are sharing swimming pool with another house , however it s big enough to allow everyone enjoy it 3- the house is beautiful and seems very traditional with nice wood furniture. 4-there are all kinds of kitchen ware and condiments, allow us to cook from the casa easily 5-Dishwasher and washing machine are also very useful 6-The beautiful garden is perfect for us to enjoy breakfast to start a good day. All the trees and flowers were just incredible 7.-There is a small golf (short 60m ) at walking distance ( 10 minutes walk); while some are taking a nap, others could go there for fun with kids. 8- bus station is just next to the house. We did not use it but I guess it s continuent. 9-Parking is secured 10- it s easy to drive to downtown puerto de la Cruz but also to Orotava and to Santa Cruz

To be improved

Unfortunately the casa is next to TF31 just before jardin botanique . The traffic continues after midnight; and from 4 am , the traffic start gradually. The main bedroom is just on the road, and it’s extremely impacted by the noise. The only windows of the second bed room windows is toward the highway TF31, so we couldn’t open the windows neither.

“Very relaxing and quiet place with magnificent view close to lots of attractions”

Quiet yet close to Puerto de la Cruz - magnificent view on the sea - nice quite long heated pool (27c) - very nice groomed garden - very nice welcome and discreet maintenance (garden)

To be improved

Only missing info in description (unless I missed it!) is that it is a shared garden and pool - there is another house on the property (same size so for a small family) - it didn’t bother us and the other family was friendly - plus each have their private space) but we thought it was completely private

The grounds were lovely and heated pool.

To be improved

The access to the property was very difficult to find on the first visit - needs a sign on the gate. Also the access road is very overgrown making it very worrisome when driving a hire car along it!

The best

The house was very nice. Plenty of space, v large sitting room. Lovely gardens and pool shared with just one other house. Beside avocado and banana plantation.

To be improved

The house is just off a main road. While that is not a problem, the issue for us was the walk into Puerto. It was about 20 to 30 minutes. Initially this is along a main road but the footpath finishes before a slip road so have to walk on the road going up and around this slip road which was very busy and a lot of cars travelling fast. It did not seem safe to walk this road. We found an unsurfaced path through plantations to use instead. But this was a rough surface and unlit. So the problem getting into the town in the evening as it gets dark at 6.30. Cannot walk into the town at night. Could drive but cannot have a drink if driving.
