The best

The villa was very clean, well equipped and very comfortable for a family of 8 plus baby. Excellent swimming pool.

To be improved

Sometimes parking was an issue as no off road available

the house is very beautiful, the swimming pool is wow, clean water. The house is equipped with everything you need, very spacious rooms with 3 bathrooms

the location is a bit far from the beaches and restaurants and the beds were a bit uncomfortable

“Very enjoyable stay!”
The best

We could enter the property earlier than expected due to a very early flight from the UK & this was accommodated. We entered at 14:30pm instead of 4pm to a very clean villa. Pool & the outside area were lovely & well kept . Bedrooms were clean & well kept & served all of our needs. Location was excellent, just a short walk to the marina but you had to walk a little longer to get into the centre of Cala D’or but this didn’t bother us. We didn’t hire a car as this wasn’t necessary but there was a big supermarket 10 mins walk away & the kids prams help transport some of that back! Also a little spar shop at the beginning of the marina which was handy if we needed something quickly. Overall we had a great stay at this property. The host was also fantastic, Rachel was available throughout our stay on whats app should we have any questions which helped when we first arrived.

To be improved

The kitchen could do with a little updating in terms of appliances but this didn’t bother us as we were making salads, meats/cheese etc for lunch & we ate out every night so was ok. Could be a little small if you plan on cooking most of your evening meals at home.
