This apartment was absolutely lovely! Everything was very clean, both inside and out, with fresh, clean-smelling laundry that made us feel comfortable. Despite being in the mountains, the indoor temperature was perfect, and we never needed to use the electric heater. There were plenty of blankets for a cozy night’s sleep or relaxing on the sofa. The furniture is simple yet practical, and the shower had excellent water pressure and sufficient hot water. The true gem of this place is the stunning garden—it became our favourite spot to relax after being out all day. Filled with lush plants, fruit trees, and charming solar lights at night, you can feel the love and care that went into creating this peaceful place. Sun shines on the terrasse table in the mornings and moves towards the sunbeds later in the day (February!). Tip: turn off the outside lights at night and watch the stars! As we arrived late night, the host left the keys in a key box, therefore check-in and check out was practical. We visited Tenerife mainly to hike and enjoy the green nature with its mountains. There are a few walking/hiking routes in the area, however, you will need a car at his location. Big supermarkets like Lidl can be reached within 10min driving and in the little town of La Guancha there is Pizza place that even delivered to the house for a lazy night. If you appreciate nature, tranquility, and breathtaking views, this is the perfect place to stay. The singing birds and surroundings make it a truly special experience. Highly recommended!
