The best

The apartment is very cozy and spacious, there is free parking right outside. The only little problem was the shower head that wasn’t working very well and a lack of cleanliness. All in all, very good and would recommend!

Well equipped kitchen, coffee, tea, sugar. Apartment a few steps from the bus stop. 30 min. by bus to the airport or to Maspalomas. Shop and restaurant just around the corner.

To be improved

The double bedroom cannot be ventilated. It is hot there even when the temperature outside is pleasant.

Near to main attractions, parking, nice host, essential stuff in the location plus coffee machine and coffee, oil,salt, sugar, soap and toiletries. Welcome water and biscuits.Decent cleaning and ironed bed sheets.

To be improved

Top floor and very hot, no AC and the double bed room with no external window so couldn't be kept open to cool while sleeping. Mattresses are extremely stiff. Parking is a bit difficult if full with cars because is underground and tight. The view is on top of the other buildings. Old furniture decently maintained.
