In a great location and lots of space

To be improved

Despite lots of communication via text email and telephone we were unable to get anyone to either reply or help us to use the safe in the room which had no key. The splash pool was also extremely dirty on the floor with black algae on it which had obviously been there for some time. This meant we didn’t want to use it, which was a shame because the pool was one of the main reasons we made the booking.
