The best

Interior is very nice, outdoor blinds keep indoor cool, the terrace is cozy. Apartment has everything needed. The neighbourhood is quiet and nice. The underground garage is perfect.

To be improved

The apartament is not very sound proof, as sound comes easily through front door and through walls in the bathrooms.
