A plethora of small annoyances ended up as a buzzkill. The proprietor comes as across as impatient and angry and does not communicate well. He blamed us for getting his towels really dirty when we used them to go to the beach. He complained that we were taking on the phone in other people' s spaces when he did not tell us that the green areas near the unit were actually private and not to be trespassed on. He did not answer queries about hot water for 7 hours and then implied we were idiots for not understanding how the faucet worked, when he himself could not figure it out at first. He was quick to anger and presented a condescending attitude at a moment's notice. I think he's probably a nice guy but overwhelmed with the 8 properties he owns without an assistant.
