It was easy to find, the communication with the host was proactive, self check-in was smooth. It was quite easy to find the parking in the street. The appartment had exactly what is needed, not more, not less. It was cosy and there was enough space to dry the clothes.
Compared to other 3 acommodations we booked on Tenerife, there was no salt, vinegar, oil in the kitchen available (of course this is not mandatory, but it's a very nice move and it seems to be usual in Tenerife). All in all we were happy with the acommodation.

There is a washing machine in the kitchen.
There is a lot of noise coming from the street and from the stairwell - the flat is on the ground floor directly at the entrance door to the building, there was a lot of traffic outside the house (cars, pedestrians) and inside too - people coming and going. Also there was a strong mould smell in the flat.

Both apartments I stayed in were clean. For the first 2 nights of my 5 nights stay I didn’t get the apartment which I had booked and paid 572 euros for. I had booked an apartment with a washing machine inside and have written in my very first message that the washing machine is the reason for my choice. Instead I got an apartment without a washing machine on the roof top - called „penthouse“ but turned out as an "igloo". My stay was at the beginning of March. All 4 walls go to the outside. In summer it must be nice on the roof because of the big terrace. It was cold in the bed, as well. The 2nd day Beatriz, the nice cleaning lady, bought a 2nd blanket, for which I had asked. Like I wrote, inside of the apartment was no washing machine (just an industrial washing machine outside, used by Beatriz for washing of bed linen and towels). The morning of the 3rd day there wasn’t any electricity in the whole house for approximately 5 hours. The other guests in the house (I asked them) didn’t have electricity, either. We had scheduled that I could move at 12:00 h to the apartment which I had actually booked. As the previous guest didn’t leave from the apartment on the ground floor in time, I had to wait another 1.5 hours (and lost more „vacation time“), although Beatriz did her best to clean the apartment fast.
I confirm what Andre from Denmark and Milapor from Spain wrote: In the apartment on the ground floor was most time no warm water. I’m not sure, if the water is heated by solar energy or it was coincidence that the water was cold, when it was rainy or cloudy outside. The water heater showed a repair sign (see photo). The day I moved from the „igloo“ on the roof top to the booked apartment on the ground floor, I couldn’t take a shower and wash my hair (due to the lack of electricity in the roof top apartment and the lack of warm water in the ground floor apartment). The host James replied to most of my messages but didn’t agree to pay even 1 cent of a refund for all the inconvenience. Considered the high price this is greedy in my opinion. I lost a lot of vacation time by all the described trouble.

Privacy, big TV, close to public transport.
No warm water to shower (and no apologies sent for this) poor kitchen equipment (hardly anything).
