Clean and as described Friendly helpful staff

It’s a great apartment at the top floor with a great terrace and very centrally located. Great kitchen facilities, comfy bed, and spacious. Staff was really friendly and even let us leave our luggage there even though it was before check in time.

Not sure how fixing the elevator is going to make the venue more accessible to people when it is basically on the second floor. Central location was great. Very clean and tidy.

We have the Impression that the 1st Hotel booked is out of order. At the arrival there are a few key boxes installed. So after parking the car and walking with our baggage we had to call the number indicated with booking. They immediately proposed another facility, costing €50 less. As we arrived late we agreed. What we found at the new location: a bed with broken legs…

We were upgraded to the rooftop appartment, which gave us a lot of outside space with lovely views over La Gomera. The apartment was clean and modern, uncluttered, with a kitchen that had everything we needed. The location is very convenient, right in the centre of San Sebastian, close to bars and restaurants and a useful Spar supermarket. The apartment itself was very quiet. Jose was helpful and responsive.
