The price and the view of the sea, apartment has the potential to be good, lovely local vibe and people. Nice local shops and sea walk which is steps away.

To be improved

The complete lack of anything you would need to function in an apartment. It needs a sofa, tea towels, an oven, a bedroom wardrobe, a sweeping brush, cleaning products, a large bin. Very limited communication from the owner. I asked for a sweeping brush because my floor was gathering dirt daily and I never received it. Owner needs to check in on his guests. The noise of the street is constant but I understood this as the apartment is located right beside a very busy park, day and night. The windows work well to block out the noise at night but who wants their window closed during the day.
