Casa Victoria

Amazing, modern 13th floor apartment in this lovely building right in the heart of Playa Paraiso. Fantastic views from well furnished balcony and perfect pool complex, plenty of sun loungers! Excellent double glazing to cut out noisy entertainment from nearby hotels and comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. Bathroom and kitchen well equipped, although could have used a toaster. Fridge/freezer was a bonus. Lots of crockery and cutlery and some decent sized mugs! Lots of towels for both shower and beach/pool. Limited TV channels but Netflix made up for that. Wi-fi a bit flakey but ok when working. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance and a couple of small supermarkets. Large shopping complex and supermarket up the hill, 20 minutes walk. Lovely seaside boardwalk for relaxing strolls and beautiful sunsets. Excellent communication with owner and cleaner. Overall would highly recommend this apartment 👍👍

An absolutely lovely apartment! I was very well equipped and had everything you need for a comfortable holiday, including a functional kitchen with a Nespresso machine, a washing machine, lots of clean towels, a comfortable bed and high speed internet. The location of the building was very good, with only a few minutes walk to both the beach and the Main Street. And the view from the spacious balcony was stunning! There was no air conditioning, but the apartment was located on the 13th floor and had lots of air flowing through and no direct sunlight during the day, so it stayed relatively cool. Nice pool area with lots of sun beds. I had a wonderful time and would absolutely recommend Casa Victoria!
