Tired accommodation. Very disappointing location in an industrial estate. Lack of investment in maintainance , leading to a €200 bill for broken toilet. To depressing for photos.

The best

This is a lovely apartment with everything you need. Was spotlessly clean. The agent was very friendly and provided a few welcome gifts which was a nice touch. The apartment is in a residential area so was pretty quite. It's about a 20 minute walk into town and the beach

To be improved

First time visiting Torrevieja and it's not really for us. It felt more like a city break. Maybe we missed something, wrong area maybe?

“Lovely villa in a great location.”
The best

This is a beautiful property with plenty of space for a family of four. The downstairs barbecue area is great and we loved the roof terrace. It’s only a short walk to the pool which is lovely and although it gets busy at times, there is plenty of space. The location is great with only a short walk to the marina and other areas of bars/ restaurants. supermarket at the end of the road. Plenty of equipment in the villa and lovely welcome gifts.

To be improved

The electricity limit panicked me, especially when we were warned we had used half our usage after two days. So after this I was worried about using the air con in case we ended up racking up a bill. The owner did try to reassure me but it still meant I barely slept for fear of using the air con at night. We did not end up having to pay extra fortunately. I would rather have paid a bit more rental to have had unlimited electricity (not that I would have abused it).
